In Indana Jones there is a guy called Major Toht. There is also an agent that looks a lot like him. There is also another guy that looks like them but are they the same guy? They all have black hats and glasses; and also the guy in the second picture is reading LIFE, but that magazine does not exsist yet since it is April 1936!
